Original acrylic painting unvarnished. Painted using metalic acrylics in rose gold, bronze and yellow gold. This painting was painted on the Christian festival on the 6th January 2025 celebrating the manifestation of Christ to the Gentiles. The special significance of this painting is that it was painted during the 2025 Jubilee of Hope. Epifany also means a moment of sudden or great understanding, realisation or intuitive awakening. The depth of meaning is deeply rooted in Faith. Key Ephiphany passage from the Old Testament. Isaiah 60, 1-2 "Arise, shine; for a great light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples: but the Lord will arise upon you". This verse speaks of the spiritual light of Christ appearing in the world, illuminating all nations.
